The registration cost is €50 excluding taxes per month, renewable tacitly each month, except if one of the parties decides to terminate the agreement at the end of the initial period or halts the tacit renewal by respecting the 10-day notice period. Notifications must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to DISTRIBUTEURS JEUX AUTOMATIQUES: 5, Rue Dicks 4081 Esch-Sur-Alzette.
From the fourth month onwards, the cost of registration will be € 5 excluding taxes per month (instead of € 50 excluding taxes).
This agreement is governed by Luxembourg law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this agreement, the Parties shall do their utmost to find an amicable settlement. Failing that, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this agreement will be brought before the Luxembourg courts.
Your registration will only be definitive when you have validated the conditions relating to the data protection policy set out below.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
By signing up to DISTRIBUTEURS.LU, you undertake to:

comply with and respect the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

use the Confidential Information that you may have collected via the DISTRIBUTORS.LU interface only in accordance with the instructions of the Luxembourg Ministry of Health, or of any person that the Luxembourg Ministry of Health may have expressly delegated to carry out such duties.

process the personal data contained in the Confidential Information in a lawful, fair and transparent manner.

not carry out any act likely to undermine the privacy of persons whose personal data you are processing or which may engage the liability of the company under French law that designed STUDIO BS and/or the company under Luxembourg law that ordered the DISTRIBUTEURS JEUX AUTOMATIQUES SARL interface, with third parties, both on the basis of legal and contractual obligations that you have concluded.

In addition, all Confidential Information received, by whatever means or on whatever medium:

shall be protected, maintained and treated as strictly confidential;

shall not be used, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, for any purpose other than that for which the data was collected, namely, as part of the Anti-COVID policy, i.e. contact tracing.

shall not be disclosed or likely to be disclosed, either directly or indirectly, to any third party (with the exception of the Luxembourg Ministry of Health or its representatives, who shall undertake to comply with the these confidentiality obligations, and for whom DISTRIBUTEURS JEUX AUTOMATIQUES is responsible);

shall not copy, reproduce or duplicate, in whole or in part, the data collected in this way.
DISTRIBUTEURS JEUX AUTOMATIQUES, is authorised to process personal data that is necessary only as part of the Anti-COVID policy, i.e. contact tracing.
The processing consists of the collection, registration, transmission of personal data or any other operation required or deemed useful as part of the Anti-COVID policy and contact tracing.
The processing may also include the transfer of personal data to administrative authorities, in relation, directly or indirectly, to the abovementioned objective.
In this respect, DISTRIBUTEURS JEUX AUTOMATIQUES is likely to make the following categories of information available to STUDIO BS and the Ministry of Health: the surnames, first names, e-mail addresses, and the landline or mobile phone numbers of customers.
This data will be kept for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which it was collected. When this deadline has passed, the data shall be erased from all media.
